1. Australian Cattle Dogs

These dogs are a rare large-sized breed that lives very long. Their life span is 13 to 15 years. An Australian Cattle dog named Bluey was the longest living dog in the world. He lived for 29 years.

2. Beagle

This is an old dog breed. Beagle is derived from the French word “Bee Gueuele,” which means “wide throat” or “loudmouth”. This breed is known to bark and howl, and be vocal. Since it is a medium-sized dog, it lives on for at least 12 years. The oldest beagle was known to have lived for 27 years.

3. Lhasa Apso

This is an ancient dog breed from Tibet. Even though it is a small breed, it has been used as a guard dog in Tibetan monasteries and palaces. It is a friendly dog breed and lives on average 12 to 14 years. A few of the dogs can live on for two decades.

4. Pomeranian

Pomeranian dog breeds are small fluffy and were named after Pomerania, which was a region between Germany and Poland. These dogs are playful, lively, and fun to be around. They are also alert dogs who are aware of their surroundings. They start barking when they hear noises from outside. This breed lives for roughly 12 to 16 years.
